In a nutshell

Leading on the UX for a team that are delivering a range of Discovery and Beta services. Developing the user interface for a cross-platform chatbot and an internal case management application (processing data submitted by citizens to civil servants who are required to assess if the Council have a duty of care for each individual).

  • Two departments spanning mutilple strands of work
  • Design System methodology working closely with react developers and front end coders
